Tom has been part of the Progressive Materials story since the business first formed in 2010. With a stint overseas to study and travel in between, returning with qualifications in hand (Bachelor of Communications and a post-graduate in media from the UK), though these days he keeps that side of things as a passion outside of work.

About Tom
Back at Progressive, Tom keeps the day-to-day running smoothly as Operations Manager. From warehouse management and inventory to purchasing and internal sales, he’s very much the all-rounder that every good team needs.
What stands out most is the way Tom deals with people. He’s built genuine relationships with customers and site teams over the years and takes real pride in making sure every order gets where it needs to go, on time and without a hitch.
Over a decade in, Tom remains one of the most consistent and reliable people on the Progressive team and that counts for a lot.
