Framed joinery openings are one of the most vulnerable points in any building envelope. TESCON EXTOSEAL® by Pro Clima is a flexible flashing tape designed to seal sills, heads, and jambs as part of both flexible and rigid WRB systems.
Its self-sealing technology closes around nail and screw penetrations automatically, maintaining a continuous weathertight seal without additional detailing. Combined with outstanding adhesive strength, it bonds firmly to the substrate and directs water safely to the outside.
It also carries 180 day UV resistance, useful on sites where joinery and cladding installation don’t always align.
