Provide a stunning design that creates that immediate WOW when you walk into a room.  The designers at Milieu Creative selected SAS740 linear baffle ceilings to provide not only a visual impact, but also provide necessary acoustic control for an office environment.  For office areas of the building SAS330 Metal Pan ceiling system was selected.  This system was designed with custom sized tiles to fit the floor layout  and with a superior acoustic performance specification.    The stunning finish on the metal pan ceiling tiles creates a clean aesthetic for a high performance office environment.  Some of the major challenges were:

• Provide a ceiling design that contributes to employee experience, and leaves a lasting impression
• Superior acoustic control in all areas, with increased control in meeting rooms and on the executive level
• Supply the product in a fast efficient manner that kept up to the very tight timeframes for completing this re-fit

System 740 linear baffles where chosen to provide a visual impact that provided neat clean lines.  The design team included acoustic infill tiles to provide sound control, as well as adding to the aesthetic of the baffle ceiling area.  The tiles are easily removable for access to services above for routine maintenance.

In the office areas for the team at MRL, SAS330 metal pan ceiling tiles where chosen in white (RAL 9003), with a perforation pattern of D3343.   This stunning metal pan tile provided a seamless integration when the ceiling transitioned to SAS740 baffle, and into plasterboard.   TRU-SH-150 shadow gap trim from SAS International was chosen for all metal pan ceiling to plasterboard transitions.

Our operations team delivered this project ahead of time, with coordinated deliveries to site and to the clients storage facility.   Our efficient delivery of material ensured work on site was not held up.
